Introducing Our Newest Team Member

We have been lucky enough to secure the management skills of Amanda Alderson at 123Teachers, taking over the financial and administrative roles in the office. 

How Amanda describes herself:

My name is Amanda Alderson and I have recently joined the 123 Teachers Team following a long career in school business management.

Many moons ago I started my working career in banking, however, after the birth of my two daughters I felt a career in schools was more apt and would be more interesting. Over the years I have gained experience in a variety of areas such as Finance, HR and Recruitment, Health & Safety, SLT support, Governance and office management, as well as caretaking! I was a school governor for 20 years and a member of the SLT team.

I understand the current demands on both schools and on teachers and support staff and would like to think that my experience puts me in good stead to help find solutions to most staffing issues.

We are all really pleased to have Amanda with us and wish her all the best for the future.
