We are seeking to appoint a Cover Supervisor as soon as possible, to undertake the supervision of classes in the absence of teachers and to provide support for teaching staff at a Middlesbrough Academy.

This person will contribute to the positive ethos of the Academy and must demonstrate the following attributes:

  • An ability to work on their own initiative

I am writing to express my thanks and appreciation of 123 Teachers, for an extremely positive and rewarding experience. Throughout this process 123 Teachers were both professional and friendly, took the time to involve and engage me, exploring my experiences, skills, interests and preferences of where and how I would like to work. A close relationship has then developed. I have been placed into Schools that fitted my strengths and from the feedback received they were also similarly pleased, and I've grown as a practitioner due to their support and understanding. A brilliant Agency to work with.
